Lost progress 3/4 of the way through - getting refund

Bought the game, spent a ton of hours getting to 75% of the way finished only to lose my profile the next time I logged on. Updated the program and the same thing happened after 28 days. I can't express how upset I was about it. This is the first time that something like this happened to me. I invested money in a game only to lose my progress. Ouch.

I can deal with some of the minor game play glitches but losing my progress – mortal sin. I really like the game; it’s different than any other poker game out there.

I contacted tech support twice but I think they are just as frustrated. Based on the complaints in this group, they released a game without taking the time to "debug" it. They need to do the right thing and really fix the game.

Work-around's, saving SOL files in hidden folders, no thanks. Great ideas but if you have to do all that, there's something wrong.

I am not going to play again with the same problem possibly happening again. No trust, no faith, getting a refund.

Sorry for being so negative but I believe gamers deserve better.

Miniclip dosen't have the forums like this one. I'm using Big Fish now. I should have check this group prior to purchase.
