Treasure Cave Glitch

Ive tried everything.Says I still have 5 items to use when I have zero. Is there a sure fix? Notice many people have this problem. How about a game refund?

No. Im really p-----d off.I'll let you know if anyone responds with a solution...still feel a refund or credit should be offered.

Customer Service will be happy to work with you on these issues until they are resolved. Just click on the green envelope on the bottom right part of your screen. I haven't personally needed to use them, but I've read MANY, MANY posts on here saying how great they are about working with you until your game issues are resolved, and if they can't resolve them, they will often offer a coupon for a free game.

This is a great game so give CS a try before you give up on it.

Hi Gentlsong,clicked on green envelope and couldnt locate a heading that would allow me to e-mail cust. support. Know where it is?

I am having the same problem. Played the game before, and didn't have this problem.

After you click on the green envelope on this page, scroll to the bottom of the page it takes you to.

On the lower left side, there is another green envelope and it says "contact us". Click on that, and you will be able to submit your problem. I just did it, they say they will get back with me within 48 hours.

Will let you know if I get a workable solution.

I have the same problem. Sounds like a glitch to me. Especially if someone can play the game once w/o a problem and then run into it. Must have to do with the order tasks are done in or something like that.

I contacted CS. Not sure if they really read my email that explained other had the exact same problem since I got a standard form email about updating video drivers etc. I did let Dr. Felix look at my machine and sent them the zip file they requested. We'll see what the next reply is

I am a bit disappointed that CS would not even consider this might be a glitch since so many have had the same issue. I updated my video driver a few weeks ago and since then have been able to play all the games that gave me problems before.

Guess the best I can hope for is a credit.

Well - I got my credit. I also got proof (of a sort) that CS is not really reading emails since they apologized for the problems I am having with Faerie Solitaire!

Maybe everyone is still overworked since the fire - but I'm really disappointed in BF. They simply do not seem to care that this is clearly a glitch of some kind.

The glitch occurs if you play the queen card before completing all the other areas - play the card last and you will be able to complete the game. You will have to start the game over to accomplish this. good luck
