Access violation

I just purchased Cradle of Rome pc version and I cannot access it. It gives me an error message that says: "Access violation at 0x0042DC30 (tried to read from 0x0000000000) program termianted." Can anyone tell me why this happens? I tried uninstalling and re-installing it twice and still happens.

Welcome to the pond! If you have deleted and reinstalled and its still not working then you need to contact customer service. They are great. They will get you fixed up in no time. Hope this helps.


By the way, you contact customer service by clicking on the green envelope on the lower right side of your screen all the way down at the bottom.
