Help with completing Diner Dash 2

Help! I'm at the Japanese restaurant and I can't pass this last level! It's driving me crazy! You need 12,000 to pass and I can only get 10900. I've tried all kinds of combinations for seating but I just can't beat this game. What am I doing wrong?

Don't use all of the tables.

dont fill up all tables try just 3 or 4 tables... the trick is to try to keep all of their stars the more stars they have the more money you make... try to make sure they have full stars when you are finished with them... also prepare ahead of time... make sure anything that needs to be made or heated is prepared ahead of time.
