Hi Everyone,
If there's trouble with getting Gummy Drop! (PC) to work correctly, we highly recommend going to Gummy Drop! Help. Using Gummy Drop! Help is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here's a suggested article that has helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:
Crashing, Freezing, Game Won't Open (Computer)
In some cases, we can provide a known solution for technical issues in the Forums. In addition, some of our tech savvy pond residents may also swim by with good tips and suggestions. However, we're unable to provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team. This is because the Forums are not well suited for the type of information-gathering and troubleshooting that's needed in order to correct issues of this nature.
If you're unable to get a game working properly using Gummy Drop! Help or the tips posted here, please get in touch with our Customer Support team. You can find a link to contact our Gummy Drop! Support Team HERE.
Contacting Customer Support will help us to gather necessary information on what types of systems are being affected by the problem and to share this information with the developer in order to work towards a fix.
When posting in this thread and also when contacting Customer Support, it would be helpful if you could state what system you are playing the game on (i.e. PC, MAC or Mobile), so we can provide you with the appropriate support as quickly as possible.
*Finally, please reserve this thread for tech issues only. If you are seeking game play assistance (i.e. hints and tips), the best thing to do is to start a new thread in the game's Forum by clicking on 'Create New Discussion.'

Yes, you are correct. Gummy Drop will not run unless you have Microsoft .Net Framework 4.5 installed on your computer.
I experienced the same problem as you. It would be nice if BFG would put that down in the requirements, and included the installation to play. But you're not missing much. It's just a watered down port of their iOS Match-3.

Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to pop in here since players are having some issue downloading this particular game. It is interesting that players are seeing prompt messages regarding another program to download.
Please reach out to our Technical Support Team. They can help look into this for you and offer troubleshooting steps to get everything up and running for you.
I hope this helps.

Hi everyone!
wendy_mcnaughton, I'm sorry to hear you're seeing that error message! The forums aren't very well suited for troubleshooting steps, but our Tech Support Team would love to troubleshoot with you and investigate further! Please contact them by clicking that link so they can try to help with getting you back to playing the game.
guesswho1968, that's a great question! Tomorrow's Game Today is usually a benefit for active Big Fish Game Club members where members can exclusively play and have the ability to buy a downloadable game before it's officially released as a "New Release". When a game is a "New Release" the next day, that means all users can download the trial if it's available and also have the option to buy it if they choose to do so.
Sometimes, Tomorrow's Game Today is a Free to Play game, which means that all users can click "Play Free" and download and play the game for free, which is the case for Gummy Drop!. There isn't a way for us to change this so it's only a New Release and not the Tomorrow's Game Today when it's a Free to Play game, so that's why the game was available as the TGT on Sunday, May 31st, and as a New Release on Monday, June 1st.
I hope that helps, but if you have any other questions, you can definitely PM one of the moderators.
Happy gaming!

Hi kathy909 and BHarris700,
I'm so sorry to hear that you are seeing an application error or runtime error. Definitely doesn't make things fun.
In regards to the runtime error BHarris700, it may be helpful to ensure that your video drivers are up to date. The following help article has hints in regards to this:
Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen
If you are still seeing issues, please contact our Technical Support Team with a Dr. Felix Report. They can help look into this for you.
I hope this helps get everything up and running for the both of you! Feel free to PM any of the moderators if you have any questions.

I too tried installing (twice) and got the same error message noted above. In addition, after I uninstalled the game, Casino now fails to load. Gets to the Loading screen with the wheel spinning, and never loads. ARGH! Have updated Shockwave and Java, drivers are happy, reinstalled the Game Manager and Casino - no luck. I can run the online version in Firefox, but I like my desktop game better. (Win 7 SP1)
Any suggestions?
