im stuck on the level after she asks him for a bank?
You need to build one beach cottage, upgrade the other house & get 20,000... how??? i dont want to buy the game unless i can pass this level, otherwise a waste? I've had to restart it like 5 times already, each time can't make the 20,00...
Any hints or help would be appreciated.......

I'm in the same spot... I've upgraded the house, earned $20000 but it still says "retry".

I've already purchased the game and am afraid that this is a glitch.

I just figured it out... You have to also build one of the "3rd size" houses.

OOPS..ignore last post... I just realized that the beach cottage IS the third house...

Finally finished that level!!

I agree, this game needs to allow more time to accomplish the tasks. I have been playing the game for over 18 hours and just can't get past the money required after buying the bank.
I've tried building all the homes first to get the rent, gone back to the first part of this section and tried to up the purchases, nothing seems to work!
Games are supposed to be FUN, not a hassel. A little challenge is fine, but this is way beyond fun.
Wish I never bought this game. What a frustration!

how on earth did you get the money to finish? that is the part im going crazy on... I can build the other two times in time, but not get enough money....

I do think slighty more time would be helpful....

Yeah, it's level 4.3 The last of Happy Valley. I've searched an searched, nothing. I agree that I like a challenge so that I don't beat the game in an hour but this is ridiculous. You can't even play the Design mode until you beat that level urrrggg!

I recently purchased Jane's Realty and I must say I'm quite dissappointed. I'm stuck on happy valley level 1 also. It seems the time allotment is somewhat off. I can never seem to gather the required 20k needed to finish the level. Your absolutely right about this being beyond a challange. Has anyone come up with an idea or sollution to this issue? I would ask for your money back or maybe the choice to purchase a different game in this games stead because I am an avid gamer and I just can't seem to get past this level. To the creators of Jane's Realty,
Did you test this game to see if it could be accomplished? anyhow any info on this issues would really be appreciated.

Okay, please, I need a walkthrough or cheat for this level as nothing I try is working, all help appreciated.

I don't know if I'm on the same level, but I have to upgrade the beach house, build a bank and make 70k. I can get to about 57k, but run out of time. I've tried everything I can think of. Hopefully, someone beats this and lets us know the trick.

I'm stuck on 4-1, but to the poster who's stuck on the level where you have to buy the bank, that is past the level that I think most of us our stuck on. I can't get past, buy the beach cottage, upgrade the 2nd house and get $20000. Do you recall how you passed that level?

I've been stuck on 5-1 for two days now. I can't recall exactly how I passed the level you guys are having trouble with, other than I played it a dozen times.

I have played and tested a lot of games over the years and I am really disappointed with this one. It feels like it was programmed by just 1 person. And probably tested by 1 other person, vaguely...The idea is great!! But it is WAY too buggy to be in public release. I'm also disappointed in other websites, (besides the owner, like gamezebo, big fish, etc.) that have released it without at least a few hours testing. They would have spotted that there were issues immediately. Shame on you Big Fish.

I just had to say that I'm also seriously disappointed with this game. I like a challenge, but I also feel like I shouldn't have to play a level near the beginning of the game 10 times to pass it. There isn't enough time to complete the tasks, and most of the "upgrades" only seem to take your money instead of giving you an advantage. I just downloaded the free trial and I'm SO glad I didn't buy the full version.

I need help as well. I am stuck on 5-2 Fun City. I am stuck at getting to the 85k. Any suggestions? Please I'm going nuts here!!
