Hi Yaelle,

I'm sorry to hear that there's trouble in getting Nomano to speak with you in the game.

From another thread that discusses this same topic, which is 2nd stone of Invoke, there may be other tasks or areas that need to be triggered and completed first before characters will speak with you.

If you continue to run into trouble, please contact our Tech Support Team team so they can troubleshoot further with you.

You also asked why posts are locked by moderators but then not deleted, so I wanted to answer that question for you.

A recent change to our Forums includes the automatic locking of threads that have been inactive for 180 days or more, so this is the explanation for why some of the threads in this Forum have been locked. This new feature was put into place to help improve stability and performance in the Forums.

If you'd like to start a new thread on a topic that's already been discussed, you can continue to do so as you've done with this thread regarding the second stone of invoke, as we encourage players to continue discussing games.

The first thing the moderators do when they get into the office is delete any spam that slipped past our spam filters, however, if anyone replies in a spam thread, the moderators are unable to completely remove the spam thread from the Forums. This is why we ask that users refrain from replying to spam threads since we're unable to completely remove them if there are replies.

The only time posts are completely removed is if the posts are spam. If someone has posted multiple times, we only lock the threads and don't completely remove them, so if you see a "Removed by moderator" or a locked thread, this is to hold the moderators accountable for the actions that are taken in the Forums when it comes to discussions and/or posts that are made by actual players and not posters of spam. This is way our Forums are handled and the guidelines that we follow at this time.

If you have a question or concern about a thread and/or post or see a post we may have missed, please click the ! at the top right hand corner of the post to bring it to the attention of the moderators so they can investigate further. You can also PM a moderator if you have any questions about particular posts or threads.
