If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. I am in a major loop and I am extremely frustrated. I have tried to send your structured email under Contact Us stating the problem. However, this game is not listed under Game Name (although it is listed in my Purchase History) so it could not be sent. Then I sent a regular email and received a reply which said (among other things) to get help in the Forum. When I went to the Forum, it said to go to Help which recommended Contact Us. Yikes, right back where I started!

My problem is the same as the others, Application Error. Now I have paid for a game that I cannot play. Please don't tell me to go to Tech Support. I've already been that route.

I have windows 7 and I am getting am err saying I need windows 98 se to play this game is there any thing I can do to play this on windows 7?

I am also having this same error with both Yard Sale Lucky Junction and Sunnyville. I have Windows 7 and it is giving me the same Windows 98 SE error.
