Apartment Level 1

I do not know what the problem is with this game I can download it and start playing but after putting the key in the lock the game will not go any farther. I have re-installed it ane installed it and that is all the far as it will go. Will some one please tell me what I can do to go to the level with the safe I am stuck help!! help!! help!! any one.
