THERE IS A FIX UPDATE ON GAME MANAGER

The mosaic tiles are now HOPs and you get an achievement for getting all of the stars. You don't need to replay them to get it. Just open it up and the achievement pops up across the screen.

I have downloaded the update on my PC but still cannot play any HOPs in the Collectibles section of the bonus content. Now what?

I'm sorry to hear that the game still isn't working properly for you. Just to be sure that you have the latest version, let's uninstall and reinstall the game.
