I need HELP!!!! in Stage 6 level 1

I am stuck in the area where I get the "superhooves" to stomp on the porcupines. How do I jump high enough to get all the gems? I can't find a mega-jump icon, and there are no springs to jump high enough to get the very top heart-shaped gem. I really need help!!!!! Thanks.

The only thing I can tell you is that when I came across sections like this I made sure that when you do kill the porcupines (or other enemy) jump on them almost directly underneath where the jewels are and it will usually hoist you up enough to get all of them. I have played through the entire game, but I am going through it again with the goal of getting 100% in each section. I hope this helps.
