Glitch anyone?

When I retrieved the propeller key from the catacombs the game ends when I try to re-enter the water. Am I doing something wrong? It won't let me continue the game as a menu option but will let me do a second chance. Any hints on this would be appreciated!! Thank You!

What do you mean the game ends? Does the game crash or just exits out? Or does it go straight to Second Chance? Are you paying attention to how much air Nancy still has when underwater?
