startup issues w/puzzle quest

when i try 2 start the game a black loading screen appears and then moments later changes 2 the my games screen asking me if i would like 2 play again. my directx is updated and i can download and play the trial version on other sites with no problem...just not the one ive purchased it from. any ideas?

Just contact customer support they will do everything they can to fix your problem. It's a great game.

I've had the same problem. Customer support can't seem to do anything. No help at all. Even re-purchased the game, (because it used to work and was my favorite).

I cancelled my account over it. If anyone finds the solution, please let me know, I would love to come back, but refuse to if they can't do anything except generic fixes.
