what are the magic plants special powers ?

I've found two of the magic plants, Fabled Rose and Roscea Fern, but Idk what they're supposed to do ? please help

The ferns beauty attracts more people to your nursery and all the magic plants attract more rare and uncommon insects. i think the fabled rose is magic because it is the most expensive plant you can grow.
