All Layouts (New and Favorites) Show Value of 500 Pts -- Why?

Now that new layouts are available, they are all showing a point value of 500 pts -- even in the "Hardest" category. In addition, all the layouts in "My Favorites" that I have not completed now show a value of 500 pts. Is this an issue with the server? Will it be corrected through the server or do I have to reinstall? I appreciate your help and love the game (am addicted, but don't work on any 500 pt layouts and eagerly await your help!).

I have the same problem I don't play tiles that are only 500, hope we get an answer.

same here when it first came back on line it was fine, but now it's all 500 points UPDATE they had the problem fixed for about 2 -3 days then this morning7-10-09 it went back to 500 points again HELP

This makes the game unplayable at the higher levels and makes progression pretty much impossible. Can we have an update as to when this will be fixed?

I'm still having this problem, too. It occurred a couple days ago, then, without doing anything, it seemed to have resolved itself. Then this morning, all layouts were back to 500. This is extremely frustrating, and it's infuriating that we don't at least have an explanation from BFG, or at least an idea of when this issue will be resolved.

How you doing? (other than game probs) have seen you on the board a few times & even dldd some of yr los here & there - & yr right - Bfg should be answering these questions & telling people to reinstall thr games is not going to fix this problem

Personally i think the current problems with the game are probably to do with the backup data base thr currently using - will be interesting to see wot happens wen they start fransferring back to thr servers as to wether they will transfer everything back across bit by bit or wether Bfg come to a halt again while they transfer the lot - wether wen this happens if it'll fix the problems or not is anyones guess - guess we just gota wait & see

After numerous emails to tech support, received a variety of answers which didn't solve the problem. Finally they told me yesterday that they are looking into this problem. Big Deal!! Like everyone else, just want to know when it will be back to normal. Also these problems aren't new, same thing was happening a year ago. FYI: They did apologize for the inconvenience and sent me a coupon for a free game. Gozzie

I haven't played for about 2 weeks, and went to download new layouts. There are plenty of layouts but, like you all, I found that all of the bonus scores are ALL 500. How frustrating is that? I hope it doesn't take them too long to fix. It IS nearly impossible to advance.

Apparently this problem is seen only by players who played during the disruption caused by fire at the server center. In the next few days as soon as you see this problem would you send:

1. a copy of your player folder (in a .zip file)
2. any information you can provide about the problems you've seen
3. whether you played during July 2-5 (if you are sure)
4. in subject line please put MTE 500 PT PROBLEM
