Ordering ice would be fine if there were actually some showing up.
I have clicked everything on every page and can't get any ice, can't get into the last room and haven't been able to find anything but the prints, pen and icepick. None of these items seem to do anything.

Trinityapp, welcome to the forums. Check the floor by the repairman for more prints. Apply prints to repairman to get him to leave the room. Check room for other stuff. Give matched prints to The Detective.

Got it, thanks for the help. This thing is being really hair trigger about clicking stuff and the cryptogram locked up twice.

i have the pick, pen, the mail container and the wrench. What do I do with these and where is the ice? I have also decoded the message and am still confused

brysweet, welcome the the Pond. The ice will be almost the last thing you do. Use pen to check ice delivery form. form goes into container. use wrench to remove pipe. repair broken pipe. send container.

Find the requesition form on the desk and use pen to mark next to ice to galley. Put form in cylinder then go back to room where the lockboxes are and send through chute. when you go back to the galley the ice is one the table.

If the letters entered into the cryptogram are correct, they will turn green. So, if you tried a letter and it did not change color then you know it is not right.

Great game, but stuck forever in the mailroom. Seems i can't fix those pipes and can't send out the message. Been clicking on every part i can think of and still no luck. Anyone able to help me?

both the form and the piece of pipe you need are in the last room. The form is on the table, the pipe right hand upper corner.

It's been two days, and i still can't find the encrypted message, i tried typing all the alphabet letters in each box, but none of them turn green... If someone could please help me, i would really appreciate it Thanx a lot ! Azada 2 SO FAR SO GOOD !

I agree with Mangopassion. I am usually good at these cryptos. None of mine turn green either. This isn't fun.

I have tried all the letters too and nothing turns green, can someone tell me at least what the first letter is so I can see if it turns green, please
