You put the logs under the cauldron on the table. Use the potion on merline. use knife to ge rue. good luck

I have tried every single branch with the knife and the potion, I can't get Merlin released, help!

fudgecat, welcome to the Pond. collect ingredients to make potion. rue is green plant bletween arthur and trees behind him. cut with knife to collect. pickup up sphere. collect magic water in bottle. mix water and rue in cauldron. put sphere on magic alter for moonbeam.
...and go from there good luck.

Thanks, i've did all that, I just can't get merlin free from the branches, i've read the clue at the top and tried every single branch all i'm succeeding in doing is running the clock down

I finally got it, I was missing the logs, that clue about overlooking a single branch put me off, thanks for all your help

Hi everybody, i seem to have a problem with a puzzle game in "the legend" book, with the pipes, three different colours, yellow, blue and green... But i don't really understand what i've got to do, a little help would be greatly appreciated thanx !!!

Mango, you have to get all three colors to connect together and run into the bottom vial which when correct will turn the liquid to brown, hope this helps...

When I try to give Arthur his staff, I get the message, "Nothing Happens"; what am I doing wrong? (Merlin has been released, which is where I got the staff.)

thistle, welcome to the Fish Pond. The staff belongs to Merlin, who is across the lake. Click the staff onto him.

Feeling really dumb with the three colour pipe puzzle, cannot for the life of me get it. Are you supposed to have pipes coming from all three taps on each colour then into the container at the bottom? Any help would be appreciated, I'm obviously missing something simple!! Thanks

Hi Debbie, welcome to the Fish Pond. There are three taps at the top, one for each color. each tap has at least two pipes coming out of it. You only need to use one pipe from each tap.
...The objective is to get each color into the bottle so that it blends and turns brown. Turn the puzzle pieces to make connections to send the color down to the bottle. You can connect two colors together at any point along the path. Just look for connections that have 3 connectors instead of two.

Thanks the tip about the connectors with three connection points worked well, I've got through that now and finished the Book. Thanks for the help! I appreciate it

Cadejawy, the logs are in the scene with the magic cauldron, they're on the left at the bottom of the scene, stacked like firewood...hope this helps...

am i supposed to only cut one branch to release Merlin?
is it near his hands, his feet or behind him?
