Im stuck! Help please!

I cant find Iya. I went 2 the ice mountains & 2 the ice queens castle. I cant get n there cuz im not a servant. Can sum1 please help?

If you're stuck, go into your items menu and swap outfits from there, then proceed to the side entrance where all the proper servants enter the castle.
If you're sleepy, nighty-night, sleep tight, don't let the bedbugs bite.
