I can't get this game to play since update after Halloween.
Tried everything suggested delete reinstall several times
Even emailed tech support which said to delete reinstall
Emptied cache installed fish thing
No reply on email that said to email if still having problem. Over a week ago.
Do you Not have update so kindle fire users can play?
My game just keeps repeating checking cloud, setting characters, illumination.

Hi, unsure how to start a new discussion so ill try this.. I have a new mac computer, as the last one died on me...Hard drive is ok but thats all, so i set up new computer, dragged all my games and big fish game manager across and it will not let me install. In the game manager app it does not show me my purchases or account details how ever if i go online, it does, so i tried downloading direct from website, and it still will not allow me access or to download. I have rung apple and made sure my admin access is correct, have done a disc repair, have even tried initially by doing a system restore, all of which have failed. It keeps coming up with the message " You are logged into this computer with a restricted access user account, and do not have permissions to install games. Please log in as system administrator error code 908. Now i know my settings are correct. I have re installed, uninstalled, basically done everything i can think of to get it going. My husband s account won't work either, so its a game manager issue...I have contacts big fish games, done a dr felix and sent it and have had a unsatisfactory supply so far. (even an offer for a new game which is useless if i can't down load it)
Anyone out there who can help? BTW. works perfect on PC

I'm on a Macbook Pro and can't get any of my Big Fish games to work either. I tried uninstalling the Game Manager and reinstalling it, but no help. Hoping Big Fish will fix the problem soon!
