Off and on Ms. Roslyn - not with FF2 however. You could try emailing Tech Support - if nothing else, you'll get a speedy answer!
I think I've received the message your talking about on 2 or 3 games overall - it's frustrating!

I had huge problems with this too . Every 5 minutes an error message appears and the game crashes I have uninstalled and re-installed the game again but it hasn't cleared the problem - it appears that the game is good though

I am having the same problem...i am getting error code 13...it talks about something about my sound. This is a brand new computer so i dont know if it has to do with Vista or what. So i updated my sound and video card drivers and uninstalled the game, restarted my comp and reinstalled the game again. I am still getting the same thing. So then i email tech support and this is what their response was.......Our department is taking a quick break deciding to swim downstream to enjoy warmer waters this Labor Day Weekend. We received your message and once we return we’ll work night and day to ensure you’ll receive a response as quickly as possible. As you know, fish never sleep.
When the heck are they coming back to work?!?!? I want their job!

If you are receiving the DRM activator error message do the following to correct the issue.
1 - Left click on Start
2.- Right click on Computer
3 - Left click on Properties 4 - Left click on Advanced System Settings
5 - Under Performance click on Settings
6 - Left click on Data Performance Settings
7 - Click on TURN ON DEP FOR ESSENTIAL WINDOWS PROGRAMS AND SETTINGS ONLY.
8 - Click on Apply and then OK.
UAC: (User Account Control)
Open up Control Panel, and type in user account into the search box. You'll see the link for "Turn User Account Control (UAC) on or off". Click it. Uncheck the box, and reboot your computer.

Thank you for your post on how to fix the drmactivator error problem!! I think you are right about it being related to an automatically downloaded and installed Windows update as I had absolutely NO problems with BigFish games prior to that. After that download I started getting this error and could not run a single one of my BigFish games. I followed your advice and after rebooting my computer I am once again able to play all of my games. Of course, my Wild Tribe and My Tribe and other games that continue playing even when you are away from your computer came back up with a whole lot of deal villagers so that I now have to start over but all in all that's OK because at least I can once again access and play the games!!!
FYI, My computer is running the VISTA O/S.
I would suggest anyone getting this error message try the 2 step fix by QuickStorm. It is detailed step by step and very easy to follow. I had tried all the updating of drivers and such recommended by others to no avail. The 2 simple steps outlined by QuickStorm took care of the problem in just a few minutes!!!
Thanks again QuickStorm, I was beginning to despair over ever being able to play those games again!
