Vacation Adventures: Cruise Director 2

I messaged you last night about cruise director 2 not working. It still will not play.. I have re-downloaded it twice. I really would like to play this game. Please fix it.

I'm having the same problem about Cuise Director 2 not starting. I bought the first one, then purchased the 2nd one and it will not start up.

I agree totally with the other two writers. What is going on? I have downloaded it twice and it will not play. This is a great HO game, but why can't we play it? HELP PLEASE. It keeps on coming up ". . . launcher" and then it goes blank and back to buy it now.

Same with me reloaded several times still will load but other games do. Other games load that I bought before. Canceled membership.

same here I have downloaded more than twice and still won't play! I did what you suggested and still nothing. I want this game to play I paid for it and I want to play it!!!

Hi Everyone,

It's understandably frustrating when a game isn't working as it should. However, we do have to note that developers make games that are designed to work for a wide variety of hardware and software configurations, and games are tested extensively before they are made available for purchase. Given the many different combinations that can exist, however, glitches can still occur.

We always invite our players to Please post any TECH ISSUES for Vacation Adventures: Cruise Director 2 here. Do know that the posts here are monitored, and that the Forum Moderation Team works to bring any issues here to the attention of the developers.

In the meantime, our Technical Support Team is skilled at troubleshooting issues and can help with making adjustments to your settings that can possibly help with resolving some of these issues. However, they don't have the ability to change the games themselves. When an issue is identified that requires an actual fix to the game itself, they have to let the developer know because only the developer is capable of making such a change. In addition, it can take time to formulate a fix for any given issue.

In this case, we were able to work with the developer and the following update has been released:
