changing my user name

I tried following the suggestions for changing my user name to no avail. When I am editing my profile it doesn't allow me to change my user name. Any suggestions? Thanks.

When you start the game they ask you if this (liz) or another name you click there and put in a new name and then use that one. I have done that many times so I can play several games over and do then differently. Hope this helps
