Billing Information

I was asked to update my billing info in order to get Tomorrows game today. I did what was asked of me and purchased two game club credits. When I attempted to download Tomorrows Game Today again it just keeps asking me to update my billing info which I have already done. If the credit card that I am using was invalid I would not have been able to purchase those two game club credits. What should I do now? Thanks, Tina Winters

I would contact customer support. There is a "help" ? in the top right of the forum.

Yep, what Scotcat said. Same thing happened to me a few months back. My issue was that my credit card was about to expire at the end of that month and I'm guessing that was their way of making sure the account would still be open.
