Cantnot see the list of item or any of the word in this game

Have you tried different resolutions? If that is not the solution and it does sound as if it is not, then you should contact technical support to see if they can help you.

I hate to be a whinny hinny but I can't get this game to download and I've been trying all day. Do I have to buy it to play it? thanks

What I have to do is turn of my firewall, make sure my virus program isn't scanning, start the download, then do nothing until it finishes downloading. This is a big file, so it's important that you do nothing while it's downloading.
