Rome level 98

[Post New]by PetiteChoux on Dec 31, 16 5:20 PM
I can't complete this level. I've already watched the you-tube video, but my problem is something different, and it has happened twice. I show one cell as not cleared, but there aren't any on screen that aren't cleared. I have more than enough points, have cleared all the red bombs, and still the game shows an open cell. Help.

This isn't a technical problem. The cell must be hidden under the deep desert tile and can be destroyed by any boost such as line or bomb, or if you want you can use an oasis boost on the desert tile but that shouldn't be necessary.

If I want to complete a city 100%, I have to upgrade the resource port.
But when I want to do so, I get the following message: Budapest is beckoning! You can use your boat as soon as it is available!
It doesn't matter which city I try!!! So now I have to wait for the release of Budapest in order to be able to complete a city 100%!!!!

Can you please change this?

I have sent 6 emails for my issue. on Saturday I purchased the $4.99 bundle of coins. I never recieved them. the transaction went through my iTunes account. the game (lately) has been having issues. I need to replay levels several times & opening treasure chests more than once. I'm stuck in Berlin & just wanted to move on but, I have had so much trouble with this game, moving on is impossible.
PLEASE contact me ASAP!! the game is closed so I don't need the email asking me to do so.

Today when running Gummy Drop, it closed after the introduction screen and Kaspersky posted that a malware was detected. i have spent the day re-installing the game many times and running scans, but to no avail. Kaspersky keeps seeing Gummy Drop as a malware program. The only way now I can run Gummy Drop is by removing Kaspersky which I have done. But this should not be. Why is Kaspersky seeing Gummy Drop as a virus now? Is there any way round this?

Hi laineymich,

I'm sorry to hear that your system is detecting a malware issue. Our games are tested rigorously before they are released to the public and are guaranteed virus free. It is highly recommended to refer to the following help article for more information on these false virus messages:

Virus Messages

If you continue to experience this message, please reach out to our Customer Support Team with the following information:

1) The game title
2) Name of the antivirus company
3) Message alert from the antivirus company
4) The file that was detected. This generally ends in .exe.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we take these situations very seriously and want you to be able to get back to your game. Feel free to PM any of the Active Moderators if you have any questions. We are happy to help in any way that we can.

This popped up at the bottom of my game manager, so I thought I'd give it a go, although I'm not really into match 3 games.
It installed fine, when I went to launch it, it crashed immediately. Then my virus checker (Kaspersky) went into a right tizzy about it being malware, before it deleted the executable.

So now I've uninstalled it again. Oh well.

Hello TMGamer99,

Thank you for taking the time to let us know you're seeing a similar issue with a security program detecting the Gummy Drop! executable as possible malware. I just want to reiterate that our games are thoroughly tested as malware and virus free, and this is likely a false positive. Since security companies need to be able to detect threats that are unknown, sometimes a false positive can be made with programs that require lots of computer resources, including games. I'm sorry that this has happened and am glad that your security program was able to keep you safe just in case.

If you'd like to help us check in with Kapersky about why this has occurred, we'd definitely appreciate it. My colleague bfgBellerophon listed the steps necessary to help us ensure that the program is malware free and so this false positive doesn't continue to affect players who would like to try or play the game. Once the safety of our product is confirmed, the game will then be removed from detection in the company’s next antivirus update. In all previous instances it has been determined that our products were indeed safe and the companies admitted error in falsely detecting them as infected.

Thank you for your patience and for taking the time to report this experience to us. If there are any further questions, please feel free to PM me or any of our other active Moderators. We are all happy to listen and help out as best we can.
