problem with making compote + disappearing curser

Hi
I'm having a problem making grease. When I try to make the necessary compote the process won't complete. The fruit and the frying pan join up but it won't transfer to the pick up area, my curser disappears and I have to shut the game off using the task manager. I tried loading previous saves but it didn't make a difference.

Can anyone help?

That is where I am and the game is functioning fine. I just can't get the purified red and purple compote out to mix it.

Hi there I heard you were having problems. Well... to make grease you make the campote; put it in the purifier; and start it ...while it's running get the mechanical arm from inventory and remove the red stuff than forms on the valves(this are the four pipes that open and close when the purifier is running). Then combine with campote and you will get grease. I HOPE THAT HELPS. LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED MORE HELP.
