Am I the only Monster Mash fan?

I feel like I'm all alone in my fandomness of this game. Anyone else out there??

Nope, not alone, I thought this was a super game BUT sadly I can't really play it much because I'm disabled and my hands do not work as I would like and quick action exhausts me very quickly. I did buy it and played it as long as I could before just toooo many monsters started showing up. Super game, though, if ya can manage quick action.

Your not the only one, I LOVE this game. I played it for hours and hours! (Although I eventually turned the sound off 'cause the villagers eeping started to annoy me.) If you liked this one have you tried Garden Defense? It's kinda similar.

I love it and have played it over and over (all levels) many times. I'm really hoping for an MM2.

odd, you really should give it another go...there are some great strategy tips out there for it if the harder levels are causing probs.

Penhaligan - yeah, I always play with my sound off...find computer game sounds to be annoying I have Garden Defense and adore the sunflower, but unfortunately, I'm just not getting the strategy like I did for MM. I passed it onto my hubby and he's rather enjoying it. (The super sunflower is brilliant, isn't it?)

WOW !!!

After six months of trials, I at last, finished the big almost last one scene. 6 people on 37 levels, without new people (which used to arrive at each beginning of a level).

I have finally understand to keep many lightening bolt for this level.

And realised many tricks that I had not completely understand since I play that game. (I can share those if some one wants to know)

Now, I can tell there is another screen after that big one, and finally the last one is in a city.

After that it is o v e r ! I really wish there will be another kind of Monster Mash because it was a big big objective to succeed on that game.

Garden defense is for kids...

I love Monster Mash too. It's so different. Most of the new games are all just dressing up an old concept in new clothes, but I hadn't come across one like this before. It took me a while but I managed to mash my way all the way to the end. I love the sound effects too, by the way. Poodlebear, I sympathise, I have RSI and probably shouldn't be playing any of these games as much as I do, but....what the heck!!

I too love monster mash, garden defense and master of defense. If you haven't tried master of defense, give it a go. It's a little more adult and you get to shoot things yourself. I am eagerly awaiting a second game of any of these if any moderators happen to look at this post.

is there going to be a monster mash 2? i was so addicted to mm. cant wait for the sequel.

I LOVE this game and your not the only fan im a BIG fan

I love this game so much! I have loved all "tower defense" games ever since play tower maps on Warcraft 3. They are my favorite game genre. I also liked Garden Defense, Plants vs Aliens, Master of defense and this one. But I am sure stuck on this one...I've been stuck on the level with the 3 zombies and allthe boss monsters. I think it is called Sunnysomething 2 or wahtever. You know it once you have tried to play it. I actually got to wave 29 once (out of 37 waves total). That's the best I got to. It's hard that there are no additions to the townspeople like in earlier levels, and that the boss mosters come twice before those three zombie ones. The only way I passed this zombie wave was to play once or twice prior to save up bonus tokens, then use them all to kill off the three zombies. But there is a boss monster at level 29 that I don't know how to pass since I no longer have many bonus tokens. And that's no matter how I try to upgrade and arrange all the towers. It's driving me mad. I have played this level more than twenty times! I'd sure apprecaite any help anyone can give me!

They are doing a free game a week now and selling some of the golden moldy oldies as the free ones - and some of the ones that Real Arcade had, since a lot of us can no longer use the Real Arcade games on Vista computers - they are selling for $6.99.

I'm getting ready to go in for knee replacement surgery on Monday so I'm getting my games all ready - getting ready to try Monster Mash trial now.

I am a really HUGE Monster fan. I have played it over and over and over (and shall I say that I have played it again and again and again as well?) since I bought it back in May of this year. I love trying different strategies on placing the towers and which types to place where. I learn something new just about every day when playing.

I came to the forum today for the first time and read all the posts as I had a question and read about Garden Defense and Master of Defense. I just finished downloading Master of Defense and will try and locate Garden Defense to try it. I love time management games the best and even though these are "technically" strategy type games they are also time management as well and love it.

Here is the only real problem I have with the game:

Ya'll know how when you are placing a tower there is the outline where everything can go? Is it possible to turn that outline OFF when you are done placing new towers? I think it looks crappy and don't like it one little bit at all ... not enough to quit playing the game ... just enough to not like it.

Well, garden Defense is ready to download for my free trial ... so I better post this as well. And am also a fan waiting for MM 2 ... I love getting sequels to games that I enjoy playing. (It'd be kinda silly to buy a sequel to a game that I didn't like playing, now wouldn't it?)

Forgot something. The "eeping" at the beginning of each level is one of my favorite parts. Told ya I was weird, huh? Hope they keep that sound in MM 2. Could use different music though. Think I'll turn that part off since I am not fond of it much.

i too, am a monster mash fan.
but in my opinion, it just doesn't compare with plants vs zombies. PvZ has more replayability, more modes (adventure, puzzle, survival & there's a zen garden as well); whereas with monster mash, once you've finished a game, you can't choose where to play, you have to do it again from the beginning.
i loved garden defense too, still more replayability compared to monster mash.
i love monster mash too, i just love garden defense & PvZ more, lol!
i tried master of defense, i didn't like it, but that's just me.

I love this game, i bought it about a year ago but gave up because I couldn't get past level 15 or 16. For those of you who have please help!! Thanks

um, i'm not sure what level 15 or 16 is, what is the name of the place? is it windy city or spiral city?
can't remember all the names of the places, but i do remember a particular level where its really hard since you only have like 5 villagers and there are too many big bosses; its the one with a scarecrow i think.

yes i think so my husband and i are big gamers and we have tried for hours to get past it but cant lol

well then, its the same level where i got really frustrated too, lol!
i even googled it to find a solution & i think it was on jayisgames (not really sure) where somebody posted that you need to stock up on your lightning. its what got me through. but save 3 for the next round if you get past it.
