Downloading

I still cannot download this game and have been trying since I BOUGHT IT yesterday morning. I've done everything....sent an e-mail, which it takes 72 hours to get an answer. I did the online help chat and after sitting for almost 45 minutes, it kicked me out. I then finally, after an additional 45 minutes got through and she or he was no help. Just proceeded to tell me to hold tight that it should free up. Well that was at 5:00 pm CST yesterday and I have been trying ever since and cannot get it to download.

I had the same problem..what I did to get it going was:

1. Turned off my adblocker (don't think that had anything to do with it, but I always do that first anyway)

2. Do NOT cancel Download in your Game Manager. Leave it as it is...

3. Go back to BFG download page for Azada and just click the download button again.

4. When prompted to Run or Save...select RUN. Do this on the two times it prompts you..

5. It nudged my Game Manager and the game to start downloading again, and it took up right where it had gotten stuck.
