Treasure Chamber, small statue will not click into locked place for it

curse of pharoh - quest 4 nefertiti: cannot go past this glitch. What to do? small statue will not click into the locked area of the treasure chamber to finish this section, so i cannot go on. suggestions?
FOUND THE PROBLEM: the statue i had left over from placing the other items is not the right statue. the right statue i had already placed in another area. that means that the items found can be placed into other scenes. the way to tell if they are not correct, the game does not complete in that area. reinstalled game and played up to this problem and found the answer. a little disappointed i did not get an answer from forums. good game.
