i cant work out how to finnish the detective book done the puzzle but what next

mags, you didn't provide much detail so I'll give you a couple of tips and hope they're what you're looking for. You need to complete the form and put it in the container. And, remove a section of pipe with the wrench. Go back and repair pipe, send container ...and go on from there

How do you complete the form? I am going nuts with this one!!

Oh ... that is a nit picky one for sure. Use the pen from your inventory and click it directly into the very little box to the right where it says "ice something".
...I must have clicked on that form a dozen times before I saw the tiny little sparkles over the very tiny check box.
