chapter 5 can any one help?

i can not figure out how to fix tv,and can not figure the computer pass word can any one help?

p5ct, welcome to the Pond. You should have found a TV antennae in the cabinet a little earlier and it should be in your inventory. Place it on the TV. I believe you rearrange the letters to form the word GATES.
