Puzzles Again

Love this game but hate the puzzles. Finally (after 1-1/2 hours) got thru the faucet puzzle and now
can't get thru the crystals puzzle. Tried to find gamezebo tips and tricks under All Game Forums as
suggested, but couldn't find anything like that. Any other suggestions or more info on how to get to the puzzle tips?
