Don't feel bad--I can't find the rope supposedly in the tree to the left of the puppet show. Please help!

Seem stuck, I have the puppets heads on right. Tells me I need
gears. I see gears in the theater, but I cant get them. What am I
not doing?

I have found all peices: ropes, masks, gears, crank. I have put them all into place and correctly arranged the puppet heads. Now I am getting a message saying: "The crank bearly moves, something must be wrong" or something to that effect. I have gone to the tips and tricks site but nothing has helped. HELP!!!

Are you sure you have two gears and a crank? If not, you need to locate the piece you're missing. Once all is in place you should be able to pull the handle and have the gates open.
