I emailed CS the other day to request information from them regarding the disappearance of Jojo's Fashion Show and to see whether BF would ever get the second one. Here is their reply...

Due to contractual reasons with the developers of this game, we’re unable to offer the game anymore, and it has been removed from our site. We probably won't get this game back or the sequel of this game.
I apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused. if you have additional questions or concerns about this or anything else, please let me know and I would be more than happy to continue assisting you.
Otherwise, enjoy gaming!
Very sad but at least we have an answer.... I hope someday they can convince the developer to offer the games again but in the meantime, I guess we have to purchase these games elsewhere.
