something is wrong

i am stuck on a simple quest all i have to do is bring 19 vitamins and 3 pink roses to a customer in valparasio however each time i try she tells me i have to do more this is the fourth time i have had to restart this entire game and it is starting to get very frustrating eah time i encounter a quest that i can't get off of not because i can't find whats needed it just simply won't allow me to go past that quest please tell me how to fix this

I am having the same problem, but on a different quest. I have to produce 20 units of 4 different products... I've done it, have more than I need, but I still can't complete the quest.
