Hi annette, welcome to the Fish Pond. Do you mean that BFG billed your credit card twice for the same game? Did you, perhaps, get billed for the game ... and, a strategy guide?
...If they double billed you for one game, send an email to Support. It's a holiday so you probably won't hear anything until Tuesday or Wednesday. Or, if you are a game club member, you can wait until Tuesday and contact them from your My Account page via Live Chat.
...Support is very responsive and I'm sure will give you a game credit to correct the double billing issue.
