charged twice

I am charged twice for Rise of Atlantis. I don't understand that. What do I do?

Hi annette, welcome to the Fish Pond. Do you mean that BFG billed your credit card twice for the same game? Did you, perhaps, get billed for the game ... and, a strategy guide?
...If they double billed you for one game, send an email to Support. It's a holiday so you probably won't hear anything until Tuesday or Wednesday. Or, if you are a game club member, you can wait until Tuesday and contact them from your My Account page via Live Chat.
...Support is very responsive and I'm sure will give you a game credit to correct the double billing issue.

That is so true .this happened once to me and the support was so good they gave me a free coupon.this is why I always stay here for all games to pay for.

Yes I have to agree BFG is wonderful about fixing problems I am sure that they will fix it on Tuesday when you contact them.

BFG is very understanding and will correct your problems quickly and efficient. They are great at owning up to errors.

Yes they will correct the problem, they are very fair. Best game site ever.

I have tried to contact them and contact them. I sat one hour yesterday trying to get online help. They cancelled me after I was the next one up as their hours were over. sarah

This all seems so odd that you're having troubles. I'm not sure why since the tech support is local (meaning in America and not somewhere where they don't speak english). I can only guess they're inundated with contacts and are having a bit of difficulty keeping up with everything.
