Replay Value

Not sure if this question has been covered, but for those who have played this game multiple times, does it change much each time you played( i.e.-clues, etc)?
Played the 1 hr trial and really enjoyed it! Certainly considering getting it, but I'm interested in getting games that will "mix it up" a bit. The time factor's don't really matter to me, it's the variety each time played.
Would love to hear what people have to think, or any suggestions for games.
