took wrong Tablet

do I have to start over again as it says I have died and only get a skeleton head over the tablets. I saved my game before I went up the ladder but cannot find it.
any suggestions would be appreciated.

Right click and choose revert game. You should go back to the point you last saved your game. Hope this helps.
