Help for all levels

As you enter the game, there is an option for online solutions. It exits the game & takes you to this website: [URL removed by moderator] Just choose the level that you are stuck on.

I used to be able to go to the online solutions. However, I cannot any longer. I have tried by re-installing the game, but the problem still exists. Is there something I have done or need to do to be able to get the on-line solutions again.
