level 35 Help PLease

I cannot get the umbrella to work on the fan on the far right corner to get up to get the last kitties...is there another way to get up there?

I am having the same problem. I have tried to take it off and put it back on with no luck. I really like the game and want to finish it. The lift on the right side does not work and cannot rescue the kitties on that side. Is this a glitch in the game:?

Are we still talking about 35? There is no lift on it. I just replayed the game. Walk back forth across the fan it will open. Be sure that you take the kittens all the way to the left side or you will be going after them again. It can be played many have finished it a number of times including me.
