Farm Frenzy 2 Cheese maker

Can someone tell me what is needed to make cheese? I have milk, sour milk and butter - but clicking on the cheese factory doesn't work. Hints, please? Like a dope, I didn't read the pop up about what was needed to make cheese. Hoping someone out there can clue me in so I can keep progressing in the game.

In Farm Frenzy1 you have to purchase the building. It's pretty expensive. Have you done that? Check the shop to see if you must upgrade something before you can get to the cheese. I haven't purchased this game, yet. Only done the demo. I like it. It's a nice improvement on the 1st game - which we LOVE! Good luck!

If you hover the mouse over the building, it shows you what you need to make it's product.

To make cheese, you need butter and the bottled cream you buy by using the plane. The plane drops your purchase, you pick it up, then use it to make the cheese with the butter you have made.
