I can't get the clown to laugh. Can any one help?

What clown?

Use the bottle opener below the wooden figure in the top right on the bottle in the top left. Then rotate the wheel to empty the bottle into the container below.

Turn the switch to the left on the tube from the bunsen burner. Click the paper on the wall next to the wooden figure. Etched on the wall is 9:30. Click on the clock near the bunsen burner to set the time to 9:30.

Then click on the wind up car to generate a spark to light the burner. It will heat the liquid in the container and cause it to flow into the bathtub. Clicking on the bicycle pump will inflate a balloon.

The balloon floats up when full and pops on the scissors above. This frightens the wooden figure who drops to expose a valve. Turning the valve starts the blowtorch on and burns the lock off the door.
