Ive tried everything suggested

I have uninstalled and reinstalled this game-- no luck!! Can someone please help me?? Im going to have to ask for a refund if I cant get some positive results soon

Sleepy, I'm unable to know exactly what your problems have been because you created a new post and it wasn't included in your message. It helps if you post inside the thread where you post initially so we can see the progression of what occurred. As well as what suggestions have already been proposed.
.... I'm guessing that you are having technical issues. Have you sent an email to Technical Support? If yes, then you'll need to wait for them to contact you. If not, that would be my recommendation.
...However, before you do, run your dxdiag file. You do this by clicking on the Start button, search for the dxdiag file. When it comes up, click on it and it will open. There should be a Save All Information button. Click on it and save to your desktop or documents. Click on the link on the lower right to contact Tech Support. Complete the form and then attach the dxdiag file.
...Tech Support will need that data so they know how your PC is configured. Tech Support is terrific and will do everything they can to help.
