How to restart a level (unsaved level)

I enjoy this game until I need to restart an unsaved level ... there is a way to do that right? When I know I've screwed up and need to start that level again.

Aha! Does this qualify as talking to oneself? I'm assuming that the only way to restart a level is to lose one of those lives.
