NAUTILUS 1860

AM ON TOP OF VESSEL LOOKING DOWN ON RED LIGHT. HAVE TRIED CLICKING ON STATIC AND FLASHING LIGHTS TO NO AVAIL.NOTHING HAPPENS----WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE??

Welcome to the pond! If this is the first time you've been to the Nautilus, clicking on the red button should cause a surprise. If it's the 2nd time, do you have the key & have you placed all the jewels in it? If so, you need to use it now.

THANKS FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE, BUT EVEN THOUGH THIS IS MY FIRST VISIT TO THE DEPTHS I HAVE JUST TRIED AGAIN AND ON CLICKING ,THE RED COGS ON THE POINTER APPEAR NOT ALLOWING ANY FURTHER ACTION ON THE RED LIGHT. STILL PERPLEXED !!!!! PERHAPS IT`S BECAUSE I`M FROM SOUTH WALES UK AND USING A WELSH MOUSE !!!!!

IT`S NOW NEARLY 10 MINS. PAST MIDNIGHT SO I THINK I`LL RETIRE A FAILURE AND REVIEW THE DEPTHS OF DESPAIR AGAIN TOMORROW. THANKS DIANNA 925.

donmagordon.......go to the "All Games Forums" tab at the top of the page and look for your game.......you'll find plenty of answers there.

I don't know if you are still stuck on this part of the game but I too had the same trouble. I searched everywhere for an answer but to no avail. Then I went back to the surface and put my diving suit back into inventory. Then clicked on the water which automatically put my diving suit back on and I was able to click on the red light. Previously I put my diving suit on before I went into the water and I think that is what was wrong.

The first dive it actually opens and the robots come out after you.

If you are trying to use the key as it was the way you found it, then that might be the problem too. the crystals in the key have stopped working and you need to find 4 new one's and replace them and it will open the hatch for you.
