thin hand/round face/ticks

I'm stuck on the the clue that says, I have thin hands, a round face, & ticks. I've clicked on a wrist watch, timer, & clock with no hands. Nothing works. Help. Is there something else?

The hands thin etc. clue is a pocket watch. AL gold pocket watch. right hand side of screen and behind silver disk or plate about the middle of the right hand side of the screen.
