Is This Game Timed?

I don't play TM games, but I love malls. I was wondering if this game had a timer or if you could play in a relaxed mode? If you could play relaxed, I might consider giving it a try.

It's timed for achieving gold, but you can keep on working and finish the level in as much time as it takes you.

It's not really timed.
There are time goals, though. Like it'll give you 21 or more days to finish a project, which will give you bonus points and an extra point to spend in the store that's there. If you don't finish within the goal time, all that will happen is you won't get the extra point or the bonus points for your score. You can still keep playing after the goal time is over and still get a really good score, so it is a relaxed game, not really timed at all.
