Iggy wont come eat the fruit

What am I doing wrong. I call him with out the fruit then call again with the fruit and wait and wait and wait and no darn iggy. What is the trick.

I had this exact same problem. First, you must call Dr. Bufford as Nancy. You will get his answering service and learn that he sits by the gumbo stand. Switch over to Bess and speak with Dr. Buford. He will talk about Iggy. Then, you will be able to get Iggy to come out when you place the loquat at the vent.
