30 Birds?

In the upper right of the screen in Farm view, there is a bird with the number 30. What is this? Clicking on it does nothing.

Clicking on the other birds does the trick.

It's a sort of shoot-'em-up mini-game between levels, before you "go to the farm" again. Once you start clicking on the birds on the fields, flying birds come through, too, and each "shot" bird adds +1 to your money. The bird-image in the upper right corner counts backwards from 30 to 0 (could be that there's an additional something at the end, not sure yet).

p.s.: oh, and Tygrepawz wrote in the other thread: "If you find all of the birds hiding or flying by there is a 50 point bonus" (dunno how to link to a msg here).
