not saving

Does anyone know why the game will not save, I keep having to go back to Hawaii, every time I log on ....it is frustrating

Hi larslors,

Welcome to the forums! If your game isn't saving for you, I'd suggest that you go ahead and write into our Customer Support team by clicking on the green envelope on the right side of the page ("We're Here to Help!") and submitting a help request with them. They'll be more than happy to help in any way that they can.

I am having the same problem. It is very frustrating to have to start at the beginning each time. I did email tech support but did not find an answer to this particular situation. Can anyone come up with an answer? Sure would appreciate any advice. Thanks!

Hej!

Är det någon som har fått svar på varför man måste börja om från Hawaii - när man har kommit längre... jag har också detta problemet och det är helt sjukt, jag har lust att slänga datorn i väggen... jag ger snart upp...
